Owen Carson is a illustrated that does mainly fantasy setting I liked this image in particular as it kinda reminds of the 'Mania' area of elder scrolls of oblivion. The contrast between the fantasy setting and a peacock wich is something we recognize. Plus the entire thing so shows intense skill on Carsons part and the use of colour is gives a fairy tale feel to it all.
